Refund policy

Please verify machine compatibility on all tooling and accessory purchases.

All packing slips sent from Scotchman that are attached to boxes indicate that customers have 30 business days to inform Scotchman of unused items for return. Customers wanting to return unused items within 30 days will need a Scotchman RGA filled out by customer service and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will only be credited back for the item once Scotchman has received the returned item and inspected it for damage.
